Angels Elite Care, LLC, is hiring for Homemakers/Caregivers:
Qualifications:
- Be eighteen years of age or older
- Demonstrate ability to follow a written Plan of Care and document tasks performed
- Demonstrate dependability, tact, patience, and the ability to follow instructions
- Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills
- Have experience in cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Demonstrate ability to assist client’s with ADL’s and personal care needs
- Have 6 months to 1 year experience as a Homemaker/Caregiver
- Essential Functions-Function within the limitations of the individual assignment
- Attends to the client’s requests promptly
- Provides companionship, socialization, and housekeeping services
- Assists with meal planning, purchase of food, and food preparation
- Assist clients to live in clean, safe environment:
- Follows infection control policies including proper hand washing techniques
- Maintains appropriate communication with the Agency Manager (written and verbal) and with all members of the interdisciplinary team
- Treats clients and families with respect. Maintains Confidentiality.
- Accepts and fulfills assignments with the Agency. Exercises judgment in accepting assignments
- Attends required in-service programs per Agency policy.
